Banquet plan, to scale
Long tables, buffet, lectern and service flow.
The plan opens on "Banquet hall", a 20.00 m (65' 7") by 12.00 m (39' 4") rectangle (240.00 m² (2,583 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Its line (wall) is 20 cm thick. Already in place: 6 × banquet table, lectern, buffet table, double door.
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- Line up banquet tables end to end to make long rows.
- Allow 60 cm of table per guest and 1.2 m between two rows to move around.
- Place the buffet where a line can form without blocking a door.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of each closed outline and of each zone you mark out.
- Wall thickness: your measurements apply to the inside, the outside or the centre line, as you choose.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
