Conference plan, to scale
Plenary room, stage, screen, attendee reception.
The plan opens on "Plenary room", a 24.00 m (78' 9") by 18.00 m (59' 1") rectangle (432.00 m² (4,650 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Its line (wall) is 20 cm thick. Already in place: projection screen, stage or riser, lectern, 6 × row of chairs, control desk, reception desk…
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- Place the stage, lectern and screen, then the rows of chairs facing the screen.
- Stretch a row to add chairs; duplicate it to fill the room.
- Put the control desk at the back, on the centre line, then the reception desk near the entrance.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of each closed outline and of each zone you mark out.
- Wall thickness: your measurements apply to the inside, the outside or the centre line, as you choose.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
