Trade show and exhibition plan, to scale
Numbered booths, aisles, reception.
The plan opens on "Exhibition hall", a 30.00 m (98' 5") by 20.00 m (65' 7") rectangle (600.00 m² (6,458 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Its line (wall) is 20 cm thick. Already in place: 8 × 10 × 10 ft booth, reception desk, double door.
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- 10 × 10 ft booths go back to back to form islands.
- Keep aisles at least 3 m wide and never block an exit.
- Name each booth by its number, then by the exhibitor's name.
- Add the reception desk, power outlets and ceiling rigging points.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of each closed outline and of each zone you mark out.
- Wall thickness: your measurements apply to the inside, the outside or the centre line, as you choose.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
