Emergency measures for an event plan, to scale
Exits, evacuation routes, first aid, emergency access.
The plan opens on "Site", a 60.00 m (196' 10") by 40.00 m (131' 3") rectangle (2,400.00 m² (25,833 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Already in place: stage or riser, audience area, 2 × emergency exit, assembly point, first aid station, command post…
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- Adjust the site: click its boundary, then correct its lengths.
- Place the stage, the audience area, the exits and the first aid station.
- Draw each evacuation route with the Link tool (L key), from the audience area to an exit.
- Keep the emergency vehicle access clear, and show it.
- Have the plan validated by the municipality and the fire department.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of the lot and of each zone, with the total per owner.
- The thickness of fences, hedges and low walls, on one side or the other of the measured line.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
