Safety and emergency

Plan for a dispute (boundary, encroachment), to scale

The boundaries, the markers found, the fence, the disputed area and its measurements.

The plan opens on "My lot", a 15.00 m (49' 3") by 30.00 m (98' 5") rectangle (450.00 m² (4,844 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Already in place: 2 × building, boundary marker, survey monument found, encroachment (area), survey note, shed.

How to use it

  1. Draw your lot from your certificate of location: "From measurements" button.
  2. Place the markers and monuments you found on site.
  3. Draw the fence or the structure at issue (M key) where it really is.
  4. Stretch the encroachment area: read its surface with a zone (Z key).
  5. Place dimensions (K key) and export: the notice says this is not a boundary determination.
