Shared housing plan, to scale
Private bedrooms, common areas and how the floor area is shared.
The plan opens on "Dwelling", a 10.00 m (32' 10") by 7.00 m (23' 0") rectangle (70.00 m² (753 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Its line (wall) is 15 cm thick. Already in place: 4 × door, 3 × double bed, sofa, rectangular table.
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- Start with the outline: show the side lengths, then click a length to type the real measurement.
- Outline one zone per bedroom and one for the common areas: each shows its area.
- Write each roommate's name in their zone: the plan sheet adds up the areas per person.
- Use the areas to split the rent.
