Food truck plan, to scale
Service window, cooking, hood, refrigeration, washing, propane.
The plan opens on "Cash desk", a 4.30 m (14' 1") by 2.15 m (7' 1") rectangle (9.25 m² (100 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Its line (wall) is 5 cm thick. Already in place: cab, service window, stainless steel work table, hand sink, three-compartment sink, range hood…
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- The service window is on the curb side, at the top of the plan.
- Line up the cooking equipment under the hood, on the wall opposite the window.
- Place the hand sink and the three-compartment sink: they are required for the permit.
- Keep a 90 cm aisle and note the weight and wattage of each appliance.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of each closed outline and of each zone you mark out.
- Wall thickness: your measurements apply to the inside, the outside or the centre line, as you choose.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
