Truck loading plan, to scale
Moving or delivery: boxes, furniture, pallets, tie-downs.
The plan opens on "Truck box", a 4.88 m (16' 0") by 2.31 m (7' 7") rectangle (11.27 m² (121 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Its line (wall) is 5 cm thick. Already in place: roll-up door, 2 × appliance, mattress on edge, wrapped furniture, 3 × box, ratchet strap…
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- Choose the truck: the box takes its dimensions.
- Load the heavy items first, against the cab (on the left): appliances, then furniture.
- Stack the boxes on top and secure everything with straps at each section.
- Each item's weight is a typical value: correct it in its properties.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of each closed outline and of each zone you mark out.
- Wall thickness: your measurements apply to the inside, the outside or the centre line, as you choose.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
