Commercial greenhouse plan, to scale
The inside of a greenhouse: growing benches, aisles, irrigation and work area.
The plan opens on "Greenhouse", a 9.00 m (29' 6") by 30.00 m (98' 5") rectangle (270.00 m² (2,906 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Its line (wall) is 5 cm thick. Already in place: 6 × growing bench, water tank (1000 l), double door.
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- Give the greenhouse its true dimensions.
- Place the growing benches, keeping a 1.2 m (4 ft) central aisle.
- Duplicate a bench to fill each row.
- Set aside a work and potting area near the door.
- The area of the benches, compared with that of the greenhouse, gives the occupancy rate.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of each closed outline and of each zone you mark out.
- Wall thickness: your measurements apply to the inside, the outside or the centre line, as you choose.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
