- Draw the site and its entrances.
- Place the livestock pavilion, the judging ring and its bleachers.
- Line up the booths along aisles at least 4 m (13 ft) wide.
- Separate animal traffic from public traffic.
- Add the parking, the toilets and the emergency lane.
