Trailer or boat parking plan, to scale
Where to store the trailer, the boat or the utility trailer on the lot, and how to get it there.
The plan opens on "Lot", a 18.00 m (59' 1") by 30.00 m (98' 5") rectangle (540.00 m² (5,813 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Already in place: building, asphalt driveway, gravel path, travel trailer, boat on its trailer, car.
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- Give the lot its true measurements and place the house.
- Give the trailer or boat its true dimensions, tongue included.
- Put it in its place, then measure what is left on each side.
- Check the passage between the house and the property line: you need the width of the vehicle plus 60 cm (2 ft).
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of the lot and of each zone, with the total per owner.
- The thickness of fences, hedges and low walls, on one side or the other of the measured line.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
