Subdividing land plan, to scale
Dividing a piece of land into lots, with the planned street and the area of each lot.
The plan opens on "Land", a 200.00 m (656' 2") by 120.00 m (393' 8") rectangle (24,000.00 m² (258,334 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Already in place: 2 × survey marker.
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- Draw the land from its measurements: “From measurements” accepts sides and diagonals.
- Draw the planned street, then adjust each lot.
- Check the area and street frontage of each lot: the municipal by-law sets minimums.
- Place a marker at each known corner.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of the lot and of each zone, with the total per owner.
- The thickness of fences, hedges and low walls, on one side or the other of the measured line.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
