How to use it
- This diagram is not to scale: place the symbols so that it reads well, not according to distances.
- Place the battery, the fuses, the relays and the devices of the circuit.
- Pick the Link tool (L key): click one symbol, then another. A click on empty space adds a bend.
- In a link's panel, write the wire colour as its label, and its gauge.
- The colour of the line can also be changed in the panel.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of each closed outline and of each zone you mark out.
- Wall thickness: your measurements apply to the inside, the outside or the centre line, as you choose.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
