Window display plan, to scale
The composition of a window display: podiums, mannequins, products, lighting.
The plan opens on "Display case", a 4.00 m (13' 1") by 1.50 m (4' 11") rectangle (6.00 m² (65 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Its line (wall) is 10 cm thick. Already in place: window, display podium, 2 × mannequin, display table, track lighting.
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- Start with the outline: show the side lengths, then click a length to type the real measurement.
- The glass is at the bottom of the plan: compose the display as it is seen from the street.
- Group objects in threes, at different heights. Keep empty space around them.
- Aim the lighting at the products, never at the street.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of each closed outline and of each zone you mark out.
- Wall thickness: your measurements apply to the inside, the outside or the centre line, as you choose.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
