Sugar bush plan, to scale
The maples, the main lines, the pumping station and the sugar shack.
The plan opens on "Sugar bush", a 200.00 m (656' 2") by 150.00 m (492' 2") rectangle (30,000.00 m² (322,917 sq ft)) that you correct to your own measurements. Already in place: woodlot, 5 × tapped maple, sugar shack, sap tank, pumping station.
No account needed, right away.
How to use it
- Draw the woodlot and find the lowest point: the sap flows down to it.
- Place the shack and the tank near that point and near the road.
- Draw each main line with the line tool, from the top of the slope to the bottom.
- Place the tapped maples or outline zones for each tapping sector.
What Planimonde calculates for this plan
- The length of each side, written along the line and corrected with one click.
- The area of the lot and of each zone, with the total per owner.
- The thickness of fences, hedges and low walls, on one side or the other of the measured line.
- The closing gap when on-site measurements contradict each other, and where it lies.
- The clearance to leave in front of each item, to suggest other layouts without overlap.
- The scale of the PDF, with a reference bar to check with a ruler once the page is printed.
